I have a BeoVision 9 to which a 5th generation AppleTV is connected via HDMI, that all works fine except when I play certain series or movies via the Netflix App, Netflix stops working and the red circle of the Netflix keeps rotating on the screen, but nothing happens. However, this does not happen with all Netflix series or movies, does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. I have already adjusted several HDMI settings on the AppleTV but none of the settings change anything to the problem.
Internet connection problems possibly? Do you have a stable broadband connection? Speed? WiFi or Ethernet etc? Doesn’t sound like an ATV issue to me.
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.
