Hello, this is my first post. I want to thank you your help. Recently I have bought a Beosystem 5000, not very well preserved. But I am traying to recover his splendor. I had all elements working right after problems solved in all elements (Beogram CD50, Beocord 5000, Beogram 5005 and MCP), but some days ago the Beomaster 5000 has started to have problems. The stand-by led is blinking and it’s not possible to operate it, sometimes works but not allways. When push some function buttom (radio, tape, phono...) the loudness indicator flashing some seconds the and the standby-led too, then the loudness light goes off and the stand-by led continue flashing/blinking. When I operate it, you can hear the relais. I read in other post about the capacitor 4C59, for the processor reset, but I have checked it and apparently it’s ok (I didn’t change it, I have tested with a capacitor-meter and shows 39uF). The memory battery has 2.82V, but the presets are stored correctly. Can somebody help me? Thank you very much.

Solved!!. The problem was in 2TR12. Overheat protection was activated though this faulty transistor.
