I have cobbled together a number of components that really works!!!

Beogram 6002, fosi audio tube preamp, Kenwood GE 850 , A&R Cambridge A60 amp with Sounds Heavenly Attenuated Converter connected to amp speaker terminals and Sonos 5 Generation1 connected and paired with separate Sonos 5,

Wow! Vinyl's have come to life, Really!

Everything, purchased second hand.

Audiophiles and B&O community might have something to say, however, can't say I've listened to a better combo.

Anyway,

Anyone interested in a pair of Beolab 4500 Speakers?

so long as it sounds good you and you enjoy listening to it, that's all that matters.

6002 is a good record deck with the right cartridge. If it works I'd keep it - every Beogram I have had has had problems I gave up and bought a Linn LP12 which is fantastic, but that led me to changing the beomaster for a Quad 33/303 combo which then brought the B&O M100s to life. The combination, to me anyway, is superb and I love it. I have a Yamaha streamer preamp connected through the tape inputs and a Lintronic box to control it - so still stay true to the Beo4 one remote. Eventually only the Linn and speakers will be on display as the other bits can go in a cabinet out of site underneath the turntable.

Your set up sounds absolutely awesome!!!

I'm on the look out for a Sondek, out of my range at the moment, just need to offload some B&O stuff first, I'm a bit of a hoarder in some respect. I see something I like buy it never use it and ends up gathering dust or packed away

Your right about Beograms maintenance etc, can work out expensive. Also cant work out why someone hasn't invented an adapter so you could try an alternative stylus. Old systems aren't worth a carrot unless they have a decent stylus, so end up getting trashed, because a replacement stylus is worth more than the system. I have a beautiful beocenter 7007 somewhere, that actually works, but has never been used for years, even after a full service. I'm thinking about offloading it, however, probably easier to just sell the stylus, because there's the demand. Crazy!
