Through the IOS application I upgraded Active 2 to software version 5.0.3 which is Beolit 20 , A2 USE THE FIRMWARE 3.0.1 normally should not work because I do not understand how to write a firmware from one speaker product to another. I used the IOS Bluetooth mobile application which I think has a software bug that allowed this anomaly. Now it doesn't work anymore and I can't write the A2 software to be able to use the speaker. There is the possibility to install firmware on the speaker by another service method because the Mac software does not respond to any commands. I pressed the three buttons but no chance . Thanks,
