I have a beomaster2400-2 ,everything worked but there was a humming noise and a few leds not working.I purchased a capacitor kit (from beoparts) and changed them, this cured the humming but now when you switch the unit on the volume rises to full by itself. If  I touch low volume it jumps to low the rises to full again. I have since changed the leds (from beoparts) but still have the volume problem.Any help appreciated.

Check that all the heavier copper leads (and solder tabs if present) from the transformer etc. is correctly soldered to the relay board.
They can losen from their solder joints unnoticed and if f.e. the one from the transformers center tap has lost connection,
the whole supply will drift "uncontrolled".
