Good morning, folks.

Has anyone tried the new “Product Health Centre” feature of the B&O app? If so, have you found it useful?

Well, I’m delighted to see that no-one has any wi-fi problems with their devices 😄

Hi

No wifi issues on my side Smile, but I can’t find this function in the app ???

May be available for certain devices only?

I’m delighted that you have no wi-fi issues, CB 😊

I only noticed it in the description of changes in a recent iOS app update.

Almost all of my devices are Ethernet connected, so I didn’t see much actionable info there.

It just seemed like it was intended to help owners with wi-fi problems, so I wondered if anyone had actually tried following the steps.

Found it ! Quite hidden though...

What steps are you talking about?

I see only a send report button, and a link to B&O website

Thanks for the info Lawrence.  Also in the BeoTool app you can check on the connectivity.  Actually, i moved my A9 yesterday and was having bad issues with it and it's near one of my wifi discs, i plugged it in with ethernet and all solved, but i'll try the product health care today and see how i go
