I purchased my BeoMaster 5 and BeoSound 5 a while back from a third party.  I connected everything and it appears to be working fine.  I would like to erase all of the previous owner's music from my Beomaster 5.  Is there some type of reset button?  How to I wipe the slate clean?

Why would you want to erase them? Cant add on your collection and combine together?

It is just a harddrive!

Locate this (as a networked drive) on your network and delete the music files.

And - when you are at it - copy your own files to it.

Basicly you are right - you are not allowed to use ‘someone elses’ files..........but, maybe you just don’t like the music on the drive ;-)

MM

There is a tv - and there is a BV

I just felt that it's not right using someone else's music/files.... However, This leads me to another question.  I connected a CAT5 cable from the BeoMaster (the network CAT5 plug on the back of my BeoMaster 5) to my WiFi modem.  My computer sees the BeoMaster5 drive, but when I click on it, nothing happens.  Is there some type of connection process I need to perform?  I'm a novice and inexperienced with computers.
