I just purchased a Beomaster 1000 to pair with my Beogram 1000 and my Grundig Audiorama speakers.

When i plug in the speakers the right one sounds awfull and scratches.

This happens with both speaker outlet 1 and 2.

If i switch the speaker wires then the left speaker sounds awfull in stead.

So to me it seams that the fault is with the Beomaster.

Any suggestions to what could be the problem? What puzzels me is that the same problem is with both speaker outlet 1 and 2

Thank you very much in advance

Hi,

Ill qualify this response with ‘I am certainly no expert on these matters’. However, I was having a similar problem and it actually turned out my RGB cables were incorrectly matched from deck to amp. I had linked Red-Red and White-White (you’d think obvious). Actually when I was fiddling for another reason, I noticed input noise when the deck White cable passed the Black on the DIN connecter.
As I say, I may be waaaaay off, but that worked for me.
Hope you get it sorted
