Hi Everyone

I purchased a Beosound 5 Encore secondhand with a problem I thought I could fix.

I have a Beosound 5 Encore and it boots to the Service Menu everytime it starts.

I am unable to get to the "desktop" Do I need a service tool? I have stripped it down to board components and removed the SD Card and installed a fresh FAT32 formatted card as I read somewhere that could be the issue. Any other ideas from the professionals?May be an image of screen, indoor and text that says "AltOr SERVICE MENU > GO Reset RF Factory Reboot 192.168.20.95"
