I live in Hong Kong. My BeoLab 14 Subwoofer recently failed to switch on (lamp does not light up). Official dealer's technician visited and said one of the two IC boards is not working. However, they no longer have this spare part available and basically said "Sorry, we can't help". I thought about buying a pre-owned BeoLab 14 subwoofer, but none is available in Hong Kong, and I worry that one that I purchase would, similar to mine, also be approaching the end of its life-cycle. I have the satellite speakers mounted on my walls when I moved in. Now I can't use any of them. Any advice what I can or should do would be most appreciated.
"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"
