Dear all,
Out of a sudden my Beo 4 is not working properly with my Beovision 7. I can select DTV but I cannot change the channel. Selecting e.g. Menu or V.Mem is working properly.
what can I do to reactivate the chanel,selcetion?
As you can imagine during corona pandemie watching TV is one major activity 😎.

Are you using the built-in tuner or set top box? If it is a set top box the IR emitter may have moved.
