Look at what a strange pic of the A9 I stumbled across on Amazon? It certainly is eccentric. The A9 doesn't even have black cords!  And what is with that circular disk attachment? Is this prototype pic?

It looks like the ugly grey cable I have seen on several A9´s.

The black thing however, that I can not explain. I looked at the same page as you and since there is many more pictures of the same unit I think this is just something they forgot to cut out in post processing of the pictures. Perhaps a stand or whatver...

Actually my interpretation is that the picture was supposed to be a part of the ad for A9 where the circular disk would look like some emergency evacuation attachment string where the black cable functions as some part of a parachute.

Do you think that is more probable than it being a stand not photoshopped out, or simply a  (photoshop) fake, not yet caught by Amazon?

Fantasy is great if it maps to reality. If not, it's utterly useless at best.

Edit: Btw, do you have the link to the Amazon listing?

Indeed. That is why I am learning to apply my fantasies to reality; will take me a lot of hard work because like anything else those fantasies come at a price, perhaps it's my attachment to the meanings of price that is the problem . Reality stems from creative vision and vice versa.

How do you know I am a fantasist? That obvious? lol...

It's about using a sense of reality to make fantasy reality. If you cannot keep your fantasy, or your "creativity" on a short leash with reality, it's all castles in the air.

Writing is also considered "creative", but in fact, like most things, actually takes hard and focused work. Just having a wandering mind is not creativity in my view. Only when it maps to reality can it be called creativity.

Yes, very, very obvious. And I don't think it's something to proud of. If you have an idea, you have to work at making it reality. Most everyone I know can toss ideas out left and right, but when it comes to implementing them, or even think how to implement them, most people falls flat on their face. It's sort of like fault finding (i.e. in, say, electronics, OSs, or mechanically). Noone I know who is bad at finding faults is able to convert their fantasies into reality. All of the truly creative people I know, either are well aware of it, and hence use analytical people to keep them on a leash (sparring etc.), or they themselves are very analytical.

Oh, and most are well informed, either generally or very specifically (as in "expert" or "geek").

Thanks for the link - it looks like the real deal, except for that weird picture you uploaded here.
