Beocenter 7700 Turntable

Hi All,

I've recently purchased a Beocenter 7700 and everything works fine apart from turntable, here are the symtoms

1) After pressing PH, with an album on turntable, the PH area of display lights up then nothing

2) Alternatively if I press the Spin button, the turntable starts to spin then the whole unit turns itself of

I've tried pressing the Reset button but there is no difference

Would anyone have any ideas on what I should try next, or indeed what the issue and/or fix may be?
