BeoGram 1500 (type 5208): broken tone arm wiring

I have a beautiful BeoGram 1500. Unfortunately, somebody opened it without being carefull.
As a result, the tone arm wiring has been broken. All wires are completely loose. (see picture)

I haven't found any info where to re-connect them. I assume it is the PCB right underneath the tone arm pivot point. But I am not sure about the specific connection points for the white / red / green blue wire.

Who can help me, has a picture?

There are three solder pads.

Rearmost - red
Center - green and blue
Frontmost - white

The shielding goes to the nearby tab on the chassis (usually together with a thicker green lead).

Thanks!

I see 3 PCB's inside (see picture).
My guess it is the one in the top middle.

  • Is that the right PCB?
  • Which are the right solder pads to reconnect to?

None of those in the photo, unless it's the farther end (out of view) of the uppermost board in the photo.
Access to the solder pads is from the right side of the Beogram, all theway to the back. Not from above.

The two blue capacitors visible must be replaced. I'm sure that goes for all of the electrolytic capacitors in there.

Hi Martin,

See another picture of the PCB I think it is. This picture is taken with the top lid off, looking inside the back right corner.
It is a rather small PCB that is in the back right corner of the casing. On the bottom left side of the picture you see one of the DIN input connections at the back side of the BoGram 1500.

I made an assumption of the connection points where I think I should reattach the tone arm wiring: red, white, green and blue circles.
Are these the right connection points?

No, you are still looking inside from above.

Look in from the right side.

Remember, these leads are to be reached BEFORE taking out the record player.

Actually, the right pads are possibly the ones visible at the farthest end of the board.

Following your recommendation Martin, I lifted the whole BeoGram 1500 out if its plint.
Next I made a picture from the right side: a close up of the right side at the back.

Can you help point out if the right pads are visible in the close up picture?
And if so, which pad needs which wire?
