Hi there,

I just cannot connect to my Beolab 50's anymore.

The app says it is waking the BL50's up but I cannot get to them.

When I connect through the "products" entry, I get an error saying "We cannot reach your product". Even when they are playing.

How can I reconnect without resetting everything?

Problem has been posted before but I couldn´t find the answer. Could anybody help me?

Thanks

Lasse

First thing to try is to power cycle everything . . .

Second thing, is get an ethernet cable from your router to the master speaker. If there is any network config issue you can fix it while wired.

Tried it tonight. Didn’t work, unfortunately. When BL master is wired to LAN it indicates a strong connection (status LED network solid white). But in this state I can’t find it on WLAN and access through my iphone. If I disonnect the LAN cable and do a network reset I can find the BLs on my phone. (At least 6 times out of 10, that is.) The the app sometimes finds the BLs and I can enter wireless setup. Sometimes setup even seems to be successful but when I try to access my BLs - product cannot be found. It‘s just so damn frustrating. Spent 6 hours now on this. Don‘t see what I could change or try different. I‘ve done a complete factory reset now a couple of times but still haven‘t resolved it. (So now I even lost my calibration settings.) Connection behaviour just seems so erratic. No clue what to do ...

Are you sure it's the speakers at this point? Because, correct me if I am wrong, but even when wired the app doesn't connect 4 out of 10 times???

btw, is everything up to date software wise? speakers too? which SW are they running?
