Beogram 4002 5502 motor vibrates when off

Hello friends,

I have a BG4002 5502 model and I absolutely love it. One issue is that the platter motor vibrates or sometimes rotates when the system is off. I have replaced the reservoir and motor caps properly and the problem is still there. When the system is on, it works normally.

I notice that there is 20-30V  on the chassis with respect to the main ground (in case this is relevant).

Any suggestion is much appreciated.
