Considering my issue today with my Avant with the video engine failing again twice in its' life, makes me think, is the Beovision Harmony I'm considering worth the $28,000 RRP if it's going to fail just like the Avant?

I love the features and I was about to put down the $ this week and then this happened today and made me think, am i just putting money down the drain.

I get it, things break down, but I would prefer a more reliable option.

Would appreciate to hear from Harmony owners about their experiences to see if they have had any issues with their TVs?

I appreciate that the LG G1 won't have the same issues (potentially) as the screen component as the Avant as it doesn't have the separate large Video Engine boards, but what about the speaker mechanism?

Thank you for your comments

I had the Eclipse, and now the Harmony

It is really stable with the LG screens no complains from me.

The Harmony is a steller tv.

If you are looking for feedback regarding the LG/soundcenter combo, I can chip in my experience with my Eclipse. Just rock solid, no problems at all.

BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass

BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black

V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white

BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver

Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway

I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
