I have just bought a BV 8-40 mk2. Besides from the 3 hdmi ports - what is the difference then? I cannot see any change at the picture. It got a DVB-T2 tuner but that is also possible in the mk1.
As far as I remember the mkii brought Masterlink compatibility, which the mki didn’t have.

My MK1 had - but it was an add-on - came as an (in my case) already installed module, that also included an extra scart input………if my memory serves me well 😉

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Mk2 did not got masterlink, so that is not a difference. Some say it got a 200hz picture - is that right?

What do you mean by that - I know of no MK2 without ML.
And yes - now that you mentioned that - the MK2 had the 200hz….not that I could see any difference.
There might also have been some other differences for different markets as for the tuner…..
at my mk2 there is no masterlink

Well, well….I can only conclude that we can not answer the question of the op.
Too many options - he’d probably need the type number for that.
so most of all, not any difference but the 3 hdmi. If there were any other someone would know.
