Hi everyone -

I have done something a bit stupid....  I recently decided to sell my Beocom Mk2 handsets and base station separately on ebay.  stupidly I didn't deregister the handsets.  I sold the PSTN base station a couple of weeks ago, and then one handset to someone else.  He has been in touch as he can't register it to his base station as it's still registered to the one I had - but no longer have access to it!

Is this situation retrivable??  feel like such and idiot.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Beoworld!

The Mk2 handset can be reset by pressing 9 # 9 # 9 * INT then scroll using the wheel until Reset Handset is shown on the display.  This reset will also deregister it from your base.
