Hi all

I have changed my Beocom 6000 Pyramid Base and I am struggling to pair my RTX4002 repeater with the new base.

I have proceeded according to the user manual:

- Reset the RTX4002 to erase any memory of the old Base (5 seconds on / off / 30 seconds on / off)

- Set the new base to accept pairing (long press on pairing button until red LED flashes slowly)

- turn RTX4002 on

The LED on the RTX4002 keeps flashing, it does not connect.

If I unplug the new base and turn on the old base, the RTX4002 immediately connects to the old base (without putting the old base into pairing mode). So the pairing with the old base seems not to be erased by the reset procedure I did.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks a lot

I found the culprit. My first connect was probably longer than 5 sec (as I counted to 5). Counting to 3 solved the issue and the RTX4002 is now paired with the new Pyramid base.
