Another question from me about my Beovision 7.
It now says Fan error when switched on which eventually goes after a minute. Is this a serious problem or can I carryon using the unit. I've used it quite a few times like that. Last night though this was condensation on the inside of the glass screen? I used it for about an hour? Any advice on the fans and condensation?
Once again, thanks so much!
Ben
Hi Ben,
I am no expert on the BV7 but I think the problem mainly is that the electronics wont get cooled. Can you hear the fans at all? Perhaps they are so filled with dust that they don't spin fast enough. Otherwise it is probably completely stopped and then you will have to replace it. I don't think it is very hard to do by yourself. But of cource it is not the easiest task to take on.
