Hi
I have tried the beolab 3 + beolab 7.2.
I tried twice the beolab 2 and I found him too powerfull and boomy for my taste.
I tried a beolab 7.2 (position near the ground) with 2 beolab 3 in stereo mode.
Now I do not need any sub.
Very impressiv combo.
4 beolab 5, beolab 9, beolab 10, beolab 5000, beolab 8000 mk2, beolab 6002, beolab 3500, beovision 7 55 mk2, 2 beovision 11 46 mk4, beotime, beosound ouverture, beosound essence, beoplay A8, beomaster 900 RG de luxe and the collection continues...
I found my beolab 3s work perfectly with beolab 2. I have not heart the beolab 2 to be too boomy so far. Maybe it is my room or music or even my ear.
I think that it depends a lot of the room and placement.
I tried him in different room (small or wide) and the bass were too powerfull.
The beolab 7.2 is less powerfull and go down to 37.
For me , it is a really good compromise.
