After years of fine functioning, the tone arm isn’t tracking and descending properly. The technician I used over the years has closed his doors. Where can I find an expert to repair my unit?

Difficult, I think.
My best bet would be Beolover.
He's not in the SF Bay area - not in SF at all actually, but definitely my best bet when it comes to service in the USA.

This place is in Redwood City. I haven't used them. Yet. They did respond quickly to my email asking about their repair service. They want a $225 upfront payment for diagnosis and could be applied to repairs.

They were allegedly connected to the old repair facility in South City. They are also reviewed on Yelp.

There are a couple of other places in SF that claim to be able to repair any electronics. Use at your own risk.

Thank you very much. The Redwood City place gets really mixed reviews.
