Hello,

I've had a Beogram 6500 deck for many many years which worked happily with a Sony amp. Said amp recently died so I decided to get the Beomaster 6500.

Phono connection is great.

When I connect additional non B/O equipment to the Beomaster, no matter what input I use, (and here I'm using Aux), if I select another input, say CD, or Tape, the sound comes out of there regardless.

This is very foxing! How might this be happening?

I only have a Beo4 remote to control the Beomaster. And if anyone knows how I might use this to tune the radio I'd be delighted to find out.

Many thanks!

Most likely situation is, that your cable/adapter is sending signals in through the record signal pins instead of the playback pins.

Interesting, and thank you - I will investigate with some new cables!
