BS5 and Spotify

Hello everyone,

Iam a BS5 owner since 2016; never tried to use the option to listen music with Spotify (things I ever did through the smartphone).

Now I am interested, so I went on "musical services" on the BS5, selected Spotify and tried to insert username and password of my Spotify account. I did it more times.

At any attempt, BS5 wrote "no internet connection", but the connection is on, as N.RADIO works properly.

Doessomeone know how to fix this issue?

Sorry to tell you but Spotify is no longer supported on the BS5.

Its a pitty - so Spotify doesn't let us recognize our accounts any more...

and there is no way to pass by?

As Edoardo wrote his BM has an established internet connection... same issue at my BM5; playing NRadio (and also updating it) but at Service Menue "Network" it says Internet "off" - do not quite understand.
