Hi All
Was wondering if you could help?
I am trying to set up my Beosound 9000 mk2 with my Beovox 3000 (flat panel) speakers?
I have acquired a ml\mcl converter which i have been told should do the trick? however it is not working at the moment?
I have the Beosound 9000 connected to the ml converter by master link cable and then the speakers coming out of the converter with the standard b & o speaker cables?
Has anyone got this set up? or give me any advice?
Many thanks
Luke
Hi Luke,
All you have to do, is to connect the converter AKA the Beolink Passive to the BS9000 with a fully wired Powerlink cable/MK2 - and then connect the speakers to the converter box using the normal speaker wires with a din plug., that you already have.Of course the converter need electric power as well.
This way the converter acts as an amplifier for the Beovox.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Hi MM
Does it have to be a MK2 cable? as I'm using an original master link cable???
Also there is a red light on top of the converter box, next to it is says OFF with a little push button? does this need an IR eye fitting to it???
Converter model is 1651
