BEOVISION 14 AND APPLE TV

I bought a beovision 14 but I don't know how to operate aple TV with the BEOONE. Apple appears on the remote, but nothing else. The IR cabel is well barnached and the PUC rechjerche too.

 

Moreover, I do not know how to update ANDROIDE (version 5) and it does not recognize my GOOGLE address.

I also have a Beovision 14 and I use the Apple TV with the BeoRemote One and I really like it.

First things, first:

- Can you see the Apple TV on the screen?

- Can you operate the Apple TV with the Apple TV remote?

If you can, then it’s likely either:

- the PUC cable when setting up the Apple TV, the wrong one was selected (you can re setup)

- the location of the PUC cable on the front of the Apple TV.

You cannot update the Android version and you most likely cannot install Netflix either from the google play store.

I deleted the Deezer app from the BV14 and reinstalled it and that was good

Actually, I reinstalled the whole OS and it has been solid.

For your google address in this area do you see your account under “personal?”

Home > Settings > Android Settings >

How about if you go in google play store , in the top right hand side, do you see your gmail profile pic? If not you can log in from there.
