Hello all,

I just got a pair of S45-2's for 60$. Unfortunately, one of the speakers needs a new woofer and midrange. Anyone have any recommendations on replacement drivers. Im trying to keep the repair under 50$ or so.

Thanks, Noah

The woofer most likely suffers from a shifted magnet, locking the voicecoil and cone.
This is often repairable. Do a search in the forum and you'll find more information.
The same can actually have happened to the midrange.

If this fails ask at Beoparts or PM me.

Forget replacing with modern drivers. You will not find anything matching the custom specs of that woofer (regardless of the price).

I don't believe its a shifted magnet. I will PM you.
