Hi Forum
I have recently bought a secondhand BeoLeb 14 5+1 setup. It seems to work perfectly fine in terms of the sound, but there is no light from the LED at all. I guess the LED is the white thing in the bottom of the subwoofer module?
I am using a Denon AVR-X2000 surround receiver, with a high level for the satellite speakers, and pre-out for the subwoofer. I have ensured to switch the input selector on the BL14 subwoofer to AMP.
I really miss the LED, to ensure that the amplifier for the subwoofer is switch off after some time.According to BeoWise it should take 3 minutes after no signal. But let's say there is too much noise on the cable, then the BL14 will always stay on.
Is it common for the LED to fail? Do you think it is still possible to deliver the subwoofer to a B&O Dealer for repairment of the LED?
Hi Thom,
Take a look at this forum post from a little while ago

Hi Aussie
Thank you for your response. I was not aware of the other discussion, but it helped me along. Thus, I realised that the LED on my BL 14 sub actually works/lights under the right conditions. But only for a limited time, which is in accordance with BeoWise.
Many other B&O speakers are known for a constant red/green LED light. I would have loved if B&O also had implemented this feature on BL14.
