Curly:B&O customer support emailed me today requesting screenshots of my menus. Apparently, ALARM is supposed to be immediately visible in the menu once you select LEVEL from your product list. This is not the case for me. Can Level owners verify their software version? I have auto-updates on and my Level software is 1.6.25. My B&O iPhone app is also the latest available 3.18.2.39953. I just wonder if maybe I haven't received the latest software update for some reason. Thank you! Have you tried re-adding your Level to the B&O app since you updated the app to the latest version that includes the alarm?
B&O confirmed the software update included notes about the alarm when it shouldn’t have. The feature isn’t ready yet. They said it will be available likely in one month from now.

Oh, and they suggested that when it does get released, it will be directly available from the product menu. Tap the Level in the B&O app and ALARM should be pretty much right there--I'm guessing where Product Settings is right now... or maybe within that menu. So it should be pretty easy, as it should be.
What a pretty alarm clock. :)
