Hi all, I have a beolink wireless setup in my loungeroom and would like add extra speakers to the other side of the room. I have the beolink set to transmitter with a masterlink cable connection to my beomaster/beosound 5. And on the other side of the room I have another beolink set to reciever, as BL3500MK1 is connected to this via masterlink cable and it works well. This afternoon I connected some Beolab 6000's I have to the beolink wireless reciever via powerlink cables and the beolab 6000 speaker do not powerup (no green light) when an audio source is sent to it from the beomaster/beosound 5. What am I doing wrong? I though the beolink wirelss could be connected with masterlink and powerlink to speakers. Cant I use the BL3500 as a speaker and as a remote "eye" Or do I need a beoeye connected to the beolink wireless reciever too?
The beolab 6000's work with a direct powerlink connection, I tested this before moving them to the wireless connection. The beolink wireless works with powerlink speakers and a beoeye, as I had this setup before in a different room.
Maybe the beolink wireless cant do bother masterlink and powerlink at the same time?

I believe the wireless1 can either do ML or PL, but not both.
If you want another wireless1, I have one gathering dust and could send it to you if you pick up the shipping, customs/duty, etc. costs from the US. It doesn't have an eye or power cable, and I'm not sure of its software version, but I think the price is right.
Thanks for your answer and offer Stan. Your price is good :) But I have a few other wireless1 units around here. I might see if theyre the same version and set them up with the Beolab 6000's.
If you are using it with PowerLink you will need an IR Reciver connected. The BL3500 has this built in hence controls work. So if you do get another of your Wireless 1s connected, you will need the IR eye.
