The last B&O app update version 3.16.1 has ‘better re-setup experience support for BeoPlay EQ. Improved Bluetooth stability. Fixed IOS 10 cras and minor visual glitches”

Is this the one you mean?

Thanks. But I’m referring to the device firmware.

The "software" is embedded in the firmware. ie. long gone are the days where only a B&O installer could update your firmware using his laptop (and it often went wrong).

Ah ok, I have seen it only in BeoTool. But the software is no update available yet.

My BS1, BS2 and M3 have updated. My Essences have not.  Can't find any description of the changes.

Beosound 1 2nd-gen update from 1.10.xxxxx to 1.11.xxxxx.  "Software update failed" on mine, no reason or code# displayed.  So I rebooted it before trying again.  (Should have done that the first time, prophylaxis.:-)  Downloaded 100%, restarting product took 5 minutes; so don't fret.

N.B. Does not fix the bug where DLNA playback fails to update time counter to app & product sleep resets to start of track instead of pause point. (That zero sure gets passed around -- fortunately not to playback sound, which proceeds apace.)  So my other one will remain on 1.7.xxxxx.
