Hi, I'm consider a used beoplay M5, but I many people told me that it has too much bass compare to beolit 20 and cannot be adjust by the EQ. Is that true or it has been fix by firmware update?

Many thanks

You can adjust the amount off bass.
First you can select where the M5 is located, Corner, Wall or Free.
Then you have the ability to adjust the sound with the help of Beosonic. It allows you to fine tune the sound with a touch of your finger.

You can easily fill the room with a lot of sound with lots of bass.

For a smaller room it might be a bit much sometimes. I like the bass from the M5 more than coming from a BS1(mk2). I have both so compared.

Agreed. You can EQ down the bass in the M5 if you wish.

I love the sound of the M5 and when I owned a BS1, I was always jealous that the M5 sounded so much more full. IMHO, the M5 is a great product.
