McDonalds copying Bang & Olufsen?

Is it time for Struer’s lawyers to mount legal action against McDonald’s? I stumbled in for breakfast this morning but after seeing this flagrant rip-off from B&O, my egg and cheese muffin never tasted this bitter. Should I ban myself from McDonalds?

I agree, I would never walk in a wood that had wooden lamellas on the trees no matter how much an improvement on nature that would be.

Yet another example of flagrant copying of B&O design DNA. Note the deliberate separation of the decking to simulate the wood on a BV14…!! 🤣

I guess these lawyers would be very busy, if they had to deal with that kind of problem.

There's a company in the UK - I forget their name - which produces wood panels like this purely for AV enthusiasts. You then mount your TV on the panel (or speakers etc). They look exactly like the ones in McDonald's!

It's interesting. I dropped the idea of a thread named "are you seeing B&O everywhere?" because my threads don't have much success but the theme was there. It started when I noticed the faucet in the restroom at work was made of two parallel tubes: one for water the other for soap, "hovering" above a round sink. Cant' help but see a BG 400X… Then I also noticed the nose of the BMW900R and can't see anything else than a MMC4 fork.

So where do you see B&O?
