Beogram 1202 platter for a Beogram 3000

Hello everyone,

 

I just wanted to know if it would be possible to install a 1202 platter onto a Beogram 3000. Apparently, both platters have the same hole diameter for the motor integrated pop-up 45rpm spindle, so it should be possible... but I'm not sure.
