Dear all,
I have a question for any of you with a Serene or some good knowledge with this phone. Last week I clicked on Reset All Settings (within the Settings menu) and since then it seems the phone has lost all signal on the phone, on various SIM cards and operators.
The phone has never had such a problem before this, so I highly doubt there has been the coincidence of a technical failure at the very same time.
I would be very grateful to receive any advice or step by step checks. I have tried choosing the Vodafone operator manually without success.

unfortunately I can't help you with the Serene problem, but none of your posts have been deleted. If you haven't visited the forums for a while, you might not have noticed that about a year ago we had to archive all the old threads for technical reasons during a forum software upgrade. They are still available in read only format at http://archivedarchivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/
For the same reason, you will need to update your personal settings (such as the avatar) on this new platform as well if you had altered them on the old forum.
