Hi all,
I noticed a couple of days ago that for some reason, my Harmony 77 no longer seems to be available on Chromecast like the rest of my B&O speakers/TV’s. It appears in Spotify, but without the Chromecast option and isn’t available in Google Home at all.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue or if there’s a way to rectify?

Should not matter - 77 is the size of the LG screen/tv.
The options of Sound Center is the same for all sizes.

I have the same issue. Chromacast audio on the soundcentre (Harmony 77) is now gone since the spotify update.

..and it all started 20 years ago with a pair of B&O A8 Earphones...
Thanks Dion. Good to hear it’s not just me, hopefully it will be sorted soon. I spent 2 hours last night trying every trick in the book to get it working to no avail. Fingers crossed for a speedy update as it’s an integral part of my set up!
I think its important for everyone who's having this issue to report it to B&O. Both to your dealer and within the App. As probably the number of people having a 77" Harmony is not that huge so when there are no complaints nothing will happen.

yep; i have the same problem with the Harmony 65“; customer support informed, no respondiere yet

I called customer service last night. Unfortunately it cut off whilst I was on hold, but I did receive a follow up email basically saying to contact my dealer, so I’ll do that tomorrow and report back.
UPDATE: I spoke to my B&O dealer who confirmed they are aware of this issue which is affecting a random number of units and are “working on fixing it as we speak”. Something to do with the way a software updated has been downloaded. Fingers crossed for a fix soon.

I noticed yesterday that the Google Cast option is back on the Spotify app and the Harmony is being recognised on the Google Home app, how neither are able to connect. Anyone else seeing this?

I also got the information from support that the problem is known and will be fixed with the next update.

Still no fix for me - and now Spotify Connect has stopped working! Have you noticed the same?
Update - I spoke to my dealer today who said an update is planned for early Jan which provides a fix. He was able to have them push it to my Harmony today and the problem is resolved!
