SP1/2 replacement stylus

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement stylus for my Beogram 42 that I have at home - something like this:

Apart from taking a risk and buying old pickups on eBay, does anyone here have an idea of where to go for such a thing?

I only use it to play my 78 RPM records - so it doesn't have to be NOS... it just has to give me an output. :-)
