I am trying to get my Beosound 9000 into test mode so that I can change the laser head. I try to hit shift then 90258 as the instruction stipulates. But nothing happens.  Can anyone take me thru the process please?

thanks Rasmus

If your BS 9000 doesn't respond on command from BEO4 it seems that it is probably in A option 0 and must be switched to A option 1.This can be done by BEO4 chosing option number through it's menu or by a dummy plug so you will have A option 1 each time you plug in your BS 9000 to mains.

Do you have any speakers connected to the bsound 9000, if not not  it will go to option 0. The easy way roind this, plug a powerlink fulll 8 pin into the unit, and that should allow you to enter teste mode
