Unfortunately when I just did that, there were no Halos available. At least not in the USA.
¿Question-mark? Halos are available in the USA, $900. Does signing up for the "private sale" give you a custom link, or is it a voucher code? You could paste whatever here and we could have a little look-see... (That's a "shufti", for you Brits of a certain age.;-)
P.S. Right now (thru 12/31) in the USA, the generally available "sale" is: Buy a connected-type speaker at full price, get a 2nd at 15% off, or 2nd & 3rd at 20% off each: BS 1, BS 2, Edge, Stage, A9, Level, Balance. In other words, depending on product mix, it puts the prices back to where they were before the recent price increases. Separate but equal promotion for A1 and Beolit 20. In the USA, sales (like this one) are usually available at the store (only 13 left) as well. Which is why I asked about voucher or direct-link, above.

I see from the tracking it’s coming from Germany to the uk, any know if this means I will get charged with VAT? First time or ding on line normally go via my local dealer

For those interested in the Halo, at least some color options are now again available via the private sale page. I ordered a Bronze one and will receive it on Friday.

FYI more Halo's added, I signed up through the notify button and got an email this morning that is became available again in brass. Still not sure if I want one, it looks nice but the interface looks also quite slow and not super responsive for a €750/€500 device.
I played with one this week for the first time and agree, it is not particularly responsive. Most importantly, use case outside a smart-home scenario is questionable. That said, it’s beautiful.
