Hi,
My Beocenter 9000 makes just few clicks when connected to mains. Also some sound from cd side but no lights etc
Something wrong in power board?
It has been quite long time in storage.
Reflow solder joints at the large filter capacitors as this first thing.

Ok, seems that I have to remove cd before able to remove board with those capacitors?

It makes it much easier, yes.You will take out the whole regulator module. Not just the board.
Check - or simply reflow - also the solder joints at the relay in that same module.
