Which type of cabinet is this. Can't find any info!

I once found the picture I included on the web.
I don't know if Bang & Olufsen built this model of furniture or the one you have. It might have been other companies trying to make furniture that look like B&O's.
The B&O models:
- Beomaster 900 RG
- Beomaster 900 RG de Luxe
- Beomaster 1200 RG
The furniture for these B&O models look different. The speaker grills are different and also the hinges for the lids are different.
What equipment has been used with your furniture?
Looks scandinavian but it's not a B&O cabinet.
