A9 gen2 Can only play for a few minutes

Hello my A9, currently it can play music after restarting, whether it is using wifi or Bluetooth or line in, but it will be played for about 1 minute to 5 minutes, the sound will gradually become quieter and then there is no sound, no matter what I do there’s no sound coming out,I’ll have to restart again,What is the problem?
can’t go to the store Our distributors do not repair speakers purchased from other places
