I’ve got a BEOLink Passive. The IR/Eye will work with the remote control but there are no lights on it and the buttons don’t work. Any clues/ideas please?
Check that the IR eye's DIN plug is firmly pushed in to the Passive (remove and replace)
Check the connections inside the IR eye, particularly the Yellow and Grey wires.
Check the connections inside the DIN plug, same wires.
Thank you very much. I checked them all then checked the wiring diagram I’d been given. It turns out that what I’d been given was wrong (2 and 5 had to be swapped).
All working now.
