I have a NL/ML converter that I cannot connect to either over the network or direct to my computer. The LED is blinking alternately red and green. Pressing the setup button does not make any difference. I've disconnected power in the hope that it can be reconnected to. Any ideas on my next steps to bring it back?

Strange sequence of flashing.

Did  you already try a factory reset? (see below)

Thanks Carolpa- I left the power off overnight and started it this morning and I'm able to connect now. I think it locked up because I didn't log out of the browser?

I'm now trying to update the software but no luck so far. Currently it is 1.3.0.0 but there is an update that won't download for some reason. I tried several ways to connect both to the converter and to the internet but no luck so far. Is there another way to load it like with a USB stick or is there a setting I possibly have wrong?
