Hi.
The problem is:
I can rotate left/right with the direction buttons on Beo4 remote. But when I try to set or choose a position number (1-9) it rotates only to the right.
And if its already at the 9, after Standby-On sequence it still tries to rotate farther to the right (I hear the sound of jumping gear teeth) even if I set the On position to 1-5.
I replaced cr2032 battery and did a factory reset, thinking this may be a software problem, but it seems to me there's something wrong with the mechanism.
p.s. the laser is also dead and I ordered a new one (laser pickup assembly). Is there any guides on how to disassemble upper-back case and remove the cd-drive out?
