My setup is a bunch of M3’s around the apartment and a Denon x4700h in the living room.

If I Airplay to all units, the M3’s are a little bit behind the Denon. I have tried to find a latency setting on the denon, but no luck.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Did you try changing the M3 Airplay Multiroom Latency setting (it can be set to relative increased but also decreased values).

If you don't use B&O Multiroom for Airplay, I would disable this feature on all your M3s.
