Hello forum! I have a Beosound 9000 connected to BLC ML/NL and very happy with the ability to start/stop it through B&O app and as well playing CDs in Multiroom.

Now I wonder, would it be possible to perhaps connect a Beogram to some of remaining ports of BLC ML/NL and would that compromise currently working BS9000 setup?

Ultimately, would be great to be able to share Beogram sound via Multiroom too - remote control would be amazing but I understood already for that functionality I would need a Beomaster which is a bit of an overkill.

You could connect the Beogram to either the line-in port on the Converter or to the Aux-in on the BS9000 for multiroom playback.

But in neither case you can remote control it - must be done manually.

The only way to have remote control of a Beogram (of course in the case that this has support for datalink) is to get hold of another Beomaster (with datalink support) and set up a second Converter for that.

Personally I’d just connect it to the 9000 and control it manually.

However, that all depends on how often you intent to use vinyl playback and if you often listen in a remote room…..and whether you want to invest in the extra gear for that.

Got it, thanks! As a matter of fact, I am trying to avoid connecting it to BS9000 AUX in order to limit number of (visible) cables. BLC is in cabinet where Beogram will come on top, so the cable can be hidden behind the cabinet if it goes into the BLC rather than the BS.

My BG4002 is Line-In connected together with a BS3000 to a BLC. Works just fine!

To another BLC the BS9000 is connected together with a BS5e (also Line-In).
