How do I connect my Beoplay S8 (the version with all channels in the subwoofer - front, back, center) to a receiver that supports surrond? What cables are needed to make a 5.1 setup?

I know there already are some posts on this forum, but I'm not a total hifi geek, so cant seem to figure out what is the way forward to get this to work.

I don't want to use the connection hub as I don't like that product. Can't get it to work with my Sony tv and it also makes an annoying high pitch standby noise sound when not turned on.

Anyone here that can help? :)

You need this cable:

It’s called multi cable. Costs about 75€

Or if your amplifier has pre outputs (rca), you can get rj45->rca cables.

"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"
