Hi all,

Has anyone had much experience with the NL/ML converter and it's web API? I've programmatically been able to change all the standard things with it such as volume, track and I'm able to switch between the CDs and for the life of me I cannot see the CD number reported anywhere within the api, has anyone come across this? I can get back the track number but not the current CD number it would seem.....

Not sure what you mean by the blc nl/ml api, but for all the B&O protocols I’m conversant with the data you are after would be the “Source Medium Position” as distinct from the “source position” or “channel/track number”?

7.3 | Source medium position

Indicates a higher-level media navigation position. Availability and exact meaning are product and media dependent. The value is a 16 bit unsigned integer.

For example, it indicates the current CD position playing on BS9000 (1 to 6).

7.4 | Source position

Media index. E.g. CD track number, RADIO or TV program number. The value is a 16 bit unsigned integer.
